Permitting

SB Signs employs a dedicated permit expeditor to process and obtain all necessary municipal approval and permitting requirements throughout the state of Texas.

A comprehensive analysis of the city's sign ordinance is performed to guarantee compliance with applicable codes.

In the event a city's ordinance is highly confining, we are always willing to go the extra mile to negotiate with the municipalities in order to convince them to get you the most optimal brand exposure.

We also have the capability to provide you with certified Sealed Engineered Drawings for the state of Texas in as little as 48 hours.

Fabrication

SB Signs warehouse/manufacturing facility is located in Houston, Texas. Our facilities key features include:

• 20,000 sqft of Dedicated Manufacturing Space
• 130,00 sqft of Storage Space to Accommodate for Sign Storage
• 8,000 sqft of General Office Space

Once the design and layout is complete, the product moves into the fabrication stage. Our fabricators are well-experienced in their field and with the state of art technology, it helps our team to produce a fine finished product.
